Abstract

This investigation presents a community project to provide a comprehensive training to the children living mainly in marginalized areas of the state of Baja California, Mexico. For the conceptual development and execution of the investigation, the methods used were basically; participative action investigation, participative observation, reviews of materials, group discussions and questionnaires. This includes nine programs for the teaching of scientific and technical knowledge focused on the environmental education. With its implementation it was possible to transform each school into a new teaching-learning scenario and play a greater role in the teaching of girls and boys.
