Distribución fraccional de los valores metálicos en el escombro laterítico
Abstract
Con el objetivo de determinar las posibilidades de preconcentración mecánica del escombro laterítico se estudia la distribución fraccional de una muestra de 10 toneladas de Yacimiento Atlantic. Mediante los métodos fraccionales con separadores ideales de laboratorio se establecen las funciones de distribución diferenciales γ (ε) y β (ε) en dependencia de las propiedades de separación: tamaño de la partícula e intensidad del campo magnético. Los resultados del trabajo demuestran la posibilidad de preconcentración del Co y el Fe por vía mecánica, tomando como propiedad de separación el tamaño de las partículas minerales y la intensidad del campo magnético.
