Dentro del perfeccionamiento empresarial que se lleva a cabo en el pais, un elemento fundamental a tener en cuenta es la satisfacción del cliente. Entender correctamente por parte de nuestros directivos y obreros en general las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes se vuelve una cuestión clave para trazar la estrategia competitiva del sistema logístico. Para establecer dicha estrategia es imprescindible traducir las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes en un plan de servicio.Downloads
