Contribución a la normalización del consumo de carbón antracita en la producción del sínter de Nicaro por medio de celdas galvánicas con electrolitos sólidos tipo ZrO2 (CaO).
Abstract
En el trabajo se hace un estudio termodinámico del sínter de Nicaro a altas temperaturas (1 073 – 1 723 K , con la ayuda de un electrolito sólido de ZrO2 (CaO). Se realiza paralelamente un estudio del sistema Ni-NiO y se comparan los resultados obteniéndose una gran similitud para los valores de dH, dS, dT, en ambos casos. Se determinó la expresión que relaciona el consumo (Z) de carbón antracita con la reducción del óxido de níquel para la producción de una tonelada de sínter que tiene la forma: Z = 1,3 x - 101,6 Donde x es el contenido en % de níquel en el sínter final.Downloads
