Pérdidas de solventes. Determinación y análisis
Abstract
En el proceso de extracción por solventes ocurren diversas pérdidas que es necesario determinar y evaluar. En este trabajo se estudian a escala de miniplanta las pérdidas ocurridas por volatilidad, arrastre y otras causas. Las pérdidas totales ascienden a 21,57 kg, el 77% del total ocurren por volatilidad, el 13% por arrastre y el resto constituye el 10%. Se evalúan los diluentes SHELL 140, SHELL 160 y turbocombustible; este último tiene una elevada incidencia en las pérdidas por volatilidad. La sustitución del turbocombustible por el SHELL 160 disminuye la contaminación ambiental y en 2,05 veces las pérdidas de solvente. Desde el punto de vista económico representa un ahorro de 152.00 pesos.Downloads
