Abstract

Based on a previous socio-demographic diagnosis made in the municipality of Moa, a training program for young people who were out of job was presented in order to facilitate their employment. The methods applied were the rapid approach method, and the action research participation. Training actions were designed. The conclusion was to approve the execution of the project in the locality. It has a significant social impact as a feasible alternative option from the economic and social point of view based on the results obtained from training young people and their potential employment.
