Abstract

This research is based on a diagnostic to determine the shortcomings on students of Physical Culture at the University of Moa in the development of professional reaffirmation. The problems evaluated in this diagnosis allowed the elaboration of a pedagogical strategy to favor the development of professional reaffirmation in the students from the teaching-learning process. Theoretical and empirical methods were used such as analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive, historical-logical, observation, documentary review, surveys, interviews, as well as percentage analysis. The evaluation of the pedagogical strategy through socialization workshops shows that the results achieved by putting the proposal into practice made it possible to reach to conclusions and recommendations, confirming its validity and its possible generalization, as well as the changes on teachers and students.
