Abstract

The work provides a set of procedures for job compete ncy identification as part of the Integrated Human Resourc e Management System in Empresa Constructora y Reparadora de la Industria de l Níquel (ECRIN), Moa in compliance with the Cuban standard 3001:2007. It ide ntifies as a primary need to provide a methodological instrument facilitating the identification and validation of the organization’s distinctive competenc ies as well as those required of processes of main activities and associate d positions in addition to the certification of competencies.
