Abstract

The knowledge resource management is a tool for identifying where knowledge can be found and how it can be used in organizations. This work presents a description of knowledge with its various classifications and integrates knowledge management, audit and knowledge inventory within the organization.  It provides a characterization of the Entrepreneurial Delivery and Supply Operations Unit in the Port of Moa. It lists the experts on areas related to the work they perform and shows the results obtained as a result of the implementation of tools ntended for data collection.
