Abstract

The formation of professionals does not develop the necessary skills to have an adequate interpersonal communication. For that reason, it is required to evaluate a proposal of activities which will contribute to enhancing the communication skills of 4 year (senior) Mining Engineering student. The action– participating investigation was the method used. The technics were: participating observation, group interviews and group brain-storming. The importance of this research lies on proposing scheduled and systematic activities to address the development of communication skills of Mining Engineering students. This will contribute to improving their performance in the various scenarios of human exchange.
