Control de la carga interior del molino a través de terceros parámetros.
Abstract
Se realiza un estudio de los distintos métodos de control de la masa interna del molino y la carga de bolas en la molienda de minerales lateríticos a través de terceros parámetros, tales como, potencia del consumo del motor, intensidad de corriente y nivel de ruido emitido por el molino durante su funcionamiento. Se realizan dos series de ensayos varando la carga de bolas desde 10 hasta 40 % con una acumulación constante y variando la carga del mineral, manteniendo constante la carga de bolas. Se establece que la utilización del método electroacústico es totalmente factible para el control de la acumulación, mientras que la carga de bolas se puede controlar mediante la potencia del motor. Con esto se logra la utilización al máximo del circuito instalado y una mayor eficiencia.Downloads
