Diagnóstico y control de gestión
Abstract
Ante el desarrollo vertiginoso y la internacionalización de la competencia, las empresas modifican sus prácticas gerenciales y emprenden el rediseño de sus sistemas de control de gestión, con el fin de lograr altos niveles de desempeño. Pero, ¿en qué basarse para evaluar los resultados alcanzados? De esto se trata este trabajo, de exponer un conjunto de criterios a tener en cuenta en la evaluación del desempeño de una organización. Seguidamente, se presenta el diagnóstico como una función de los sistemas de control de gestión (SCG) y se propone un modelo para la mejora del desempeño industrial. Para ello se parte de la definición de control de gestión (CG) y de los criterios para evaluar el desempeño empresarial, por lo que se analizan el lugar y papel del diagnóstico como función del CG. Por último, se propone un modelo de diagnóstico para mejorar el desempeño industrial que tiene en cuenta dichos elementos.Downloads
