Purificación de soluciones de sulfato de Ni + Co empleando el carbonato básico de níquel activo
Abstract
Se muestran los resultados obtenidos al desarrollar el proceso de purificación de las soluciones de sulfato de Ni y Co emplando el carbonato básico de Ni activo (C.B.Ni.A.). Con las condiciones de trabajo empleadas de temperatura, tiempo, relación Ni/Co + Mn y agitación, se obtuvieron eficiencias de eliminación para el cobalto y el manganeso superiores al 99 % y para el zinc se obtuvo una eficiencia superior al 94 %. Los licores finales obtenidos alcanzaron concentraciones para el Ni de hasta 44,51 g/L, los cuales pueden ser empleados perfectamente para la producción de productos de alto valor comercial. Los sólidos obtenidos, por su composición química, se convierten en un atractivo para ser empleados como materia prima para la recuperación del cobalto y el manganeso.Downloads
