Abstract

The performance of the economic variables and indicators in the Construction Materials Extractive Company was evaluated. The research was developed through 7 methodological stages that made it possible to evaluate the main indicators of the economic activity of a specific quarry, through the identification, selection of variables and economic indicators for the evaluation of the performance of the Industry through the Delphi method and for its general evaluation through the Multicriteria method. With the results obtained, it was evidenced that the variable with the highest level of importance according to expert criteria was Blasting and Drilling, reaching the highest percentage of weighting and scoring by the experts. The evaluation of these variables and indicators made it possible to recognize the existence of sustainability indices in the extractive company Materials of Construction. The implementation of the methods allowed to validate the applicability, importance and effectiveness of it, as well as for decision-making on actions to achieve sustainable development in the Construction Materials Industry.
