Se modeló matemáticamente el proceso de reducción para la obtención de ferroníquel. Partiendo de las ecuaciones de balance material y energético se expone el sistema de ecuaciones que conforman el modelo matemático dinámico y la fundamentación científica sobre la cual fueron obtenidas. Para la transformación de las ecuaciones de balance material y energético se consideraron los principales óxidos y elementos que componen el mineral, los gases de la combustión y las temperaturas del material, de las paredes del horno y de los gases reductores. Se obtuvo un sistema de ecuaciones diferenciales de primer orden, complementadas con otras ecuaciones algebraicas que establecen la relación entre los coeficientes y los parámetros físicos.Downloads
