PHYSICAL-RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES PLAN FOR THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS OF GYMNASTICS COMPOSITION

Abstract

A plan of physical recreational activities, based on the potentialities offered by the syllabus of the subject was elaborated for practical lessons to improve the treatment of one of its contents, related to gymnastics composition on the students of Physical Culture career at the University of Moa. For fulfilling the object of the study, research methods and techniques such as historical-logical, analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction, observation, survey, interview, documentary analysis and specialists' criteria were used, as well as the comparative method. The study revealed insufficiencies in the teaching of gymnastic composition; the results achieved by putting into practice the plan of physical-recreational activities confirm its validity degree and the possible generalization, as well as transforming the students in training.
