Aplicación de nuevas tecnologías en la evaluación neuropsicológica

Resumen

Se analizó la evidencia que existe de la evaluación neuropsicológica a distancia, de los beneficios y de las consideraciones éticas que estas conllevan al profesionista de la salud con los pacientes neuropsicológicos. Se usaron las bases de datos de la UNAM: ELSEVIER, APA, OVID, EBSCO, así como PUBMED, SCIENCE DIRECT. El acceso de los pacientes a servicios neuropsicológicos a distancia permitiría resultados más rápido, además de que las evaluaciones digitales posibilitan el acceso a poblaciones con difícil abordaje o desplazamiento debido a dificultades para llegar a la clínica (ej. movilidad limitada, transporte poco confiable) y la dificultad para movilizarse en el marco de la pandemia mundial.
