Abstract

The participation of the forensic neuropsychologist specialized in children and adolescents was addressed, in the legal field, carrying out expert reports using the knowledge of their discipline. Some illustrative cases are also shown. It is concluded that the participation of the forensic neuropsychologist is of the utmost importance when the opinion of an expert is required on the relationship of cognitive and/or behavioral alteration with possible brain damage, with the aim of clarifying the veracity of this type of issues in a legal field.
